Absolute Despair Girl: Danganronpa Another Episode gets a new trailer

Ahoy cap’n, spoilers ahead! Steer clear of this article if you haven’t played Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc! Are we alone? Good.
 
Developer Spike Chunsoft has released a trailer that shows off Genocide Jill and Komaru Naegi, who is Makoto Naegi’s sister, as they battle Monokuma’s in a mix of hack and slash and third-person gameplay. Komaru fights with a microphone, and Genocide Jill fights with her favourite weapon of choice – her trusty knives.

As seen above, Another Episode is doing away with the visual novel and investigative elements of the main Danganronpa games, and it’s set between Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair.
 
Absolutely Despair Girl: Danganronpa Another Episode is seemingly set to release in Japan later this year, and although there’s been no confirmation of release in other regions yet, it’s safe to assume that it’ll eventually come overseas due to the popularity of the other releases.
