Animal Crossing: New Horizons Gets New Screenshots
It’s 2020, and that means Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out THIS year. To celebrate, Nintendo have released a new advert in Japan, alongside a few new screenshots. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is due out March 20, 2020 for Nintendo Switch, and it marks the first entry on the newer flagship.

The screenshots show off the four seasons:
The summer screenshot shows a villager fishing during a rainy day, with some fancy blue pigtails and a bright yellow raincoat and hat combo. Lily also features in the background, doing a spot of fishing.
Into Fall, or Autumn, as we English people call it, and we’re blessed with an incredible green hairstyle on the villager, who’s doing some bug-hunting. There are plenty of fences and long grass that we’re sure can be used to decorate your own space. Make sure to spot the scarecrow in the background too, alongside Vesta and Kiki.
My favourite Animal Crossing season is Winter, and it’s looking very cosy in New Horizons. The villager is rolling a giant snowball, with one of the new hairstyles and a woolly hat. Fauna and Freya are chatting by a campfire, the door has been decorated with a snowflake, and the trees have been surrounded by fairy lights.
Finally we have Spring, with the Sakura-like tree blossoms that look great. There’s a pretty large variety of flowers and plants going on here, especially tulips. There’s a lot new clothing in these screenshots, and also make sure to spot the rainbow hammock in the bottom right of this one.
