Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space now available on PC

Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, a free to play RPG by developer WFS, is now available on PC via Steam.

Released for mobile devices in Japan almost four years ago, Another Eden is a collaboration between scenario writer Masato Kato and composer Yasunori Mitsuda. They both previously worked on the Chrono games, with Another Eden borrowing a fair bit from Chrono Trigger for its story content early on — it even features another humanoid frog as a playable character.

Unlike most free to play RPGs on mobile, there are no multiplayer mechanics featured in the game, and events are permanent additions. Yes, that even includes the multiple crossover events with Persona 5 and the Tales series.

To celebrate its PC launch, items are being given to all players that download the game by May 14, 2021. New PC players will also gain access to a free four-star character, Suzette.
