Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match coming to PC in 2025
In a rather surprising announcement, Shiravune and DMM Games have revealed that PS3 crossover fighter Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match will be making its way to PC via Steam in 2025.
Releasing in Japanese arcades during 2011 before making its way to PS3 a year later, Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match pits various Aquaplus characters against each other, taking familiar faces from franchises like Utawarerumono and White Album.
This PC release includes all 13 playable and 13 partner characters from the console version. However, the Steam page currently makes no mention of online play. On PS3 it was possible to play online, though the game used outdated delay-based netcode. While it would be nice if that wasn’t the case on PC, some fighting game revivals in recent years have still released with poor online.
