Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX and Under Night In Birth releasing in Europe
NIS America this morning announced that Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX!!! and Under Night In Birth are to be released in Europe. Arcana Heart 3 will be released on PS3 and PS Vita in 2014 while Under Night In Birth is slated for release some time in 2015. There’s no indication of whether or not either will get a physical release.
UPDATE: NIS have confirmed that all three titles will get both a physical and digital release.
As an added bonus NIS America are also releasing Arc System Works’ Visual Novel, Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters – again, this one will be due in 2015, and you can pretty much bank on this one being digital only. For those of you who want to take a look – fresh screens for you below.
ARCANA HEART 3 LOVE MAX!!!!!
All-girl 2D fighter – heavy on the moe, awesome cast and an Arcana system that lets you customise your character to a certain extent. Want a grappler with projectiles? It’s yours. ILJG thinks it’s the best fighting game ever made – given I’m the admin on the Arcana Heart facebook page, I’m inclined to agree…
UNDER NIGHT IN BIRTH
The successor to French Bread’s Melty Blood – and the one everyone’s been dying to play for ages. Arc System Works have done the port for this one – just as they did with Arcana Heart. Have to be honest, I’ve not played UNIB yet – even thought it’s available on the JP PSN. The console version will have more modes and character in it over the arcade version.
TOKYO TWILIGHT GHOST HUNTERS
This one’s being made by Toybox and Arc System works – so a VN being made by the teams behind Deadly Premonition and BlazBlue. It’s also got a Nobuo Uematsu soundtrack (seemingly EVERY game does these days?). It follows the story of a transfer student who has a supernatural encounter that leads him to be a ghost hunter.
We’ve all been there.
