Atelier Yumia details its expansive world, opening movie revealed

Koei Tecmo has revealed even more info for developer Gust’s upcoming RPG Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land. This not only includes details on Aladiss, the continent you’ll explore, but also the game’s opening movie.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land sees budding alchemist Yumia Liessfeldt travelling across Aladiss to discover why it was ravaged by a cataclysm many years ago.

Aladiss is split into three regions, starting with the plains and forests of Ligneus. Home to abandoned alchemist facilities, it could be key to figuring out more behind the continent’s past. From there, Yumia travels through the fungi filled Sivash region, before reaching the ruined city in Auruma.

Check out the official website for more screenshots and character overviews ahead of Atelier Yumia’s launch on March 21, 2025. Releasing on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, physical PlayStation and Xbox Series copies are also available. This includes premium and special editions, packed with extra physical goodies and an exclusive costume.
