The Attack on Titan 2 launch window has been revealed, as well as character customisation and a couple of additions to the roster! Attack on Titan 2 will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Steam in March 2018! You can see plenty of gameplay in the recent broadcast, from 20:00 to 44:04 and 50:05 to 58:46. Check it out below:
We currently know 9 of the characters you’ll be able to play as, with Ymir and Christa joining Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi, Mike, Nanaba, and Gelgar as recent announcements. As well as a wide selection of characters from the series, you’ll be able to create and play as your own Custom Scout too! From what we can see in the broadcast, the customisation looks pretty good!
Other details about the gameplay include enhanced Titan movements and attacks, which will require players to manoeuvre more precisely, as well as the introduction of the Monocular, which will let you pinpoint Titan positions from afar. Outside of battle, you’ll be able to train and prepare for excursions in new and improved Town Life gameplay, where you’ll also be able to strengthen your bonds with the characters and learn more about them through side stories.
