Auditions now open for Hololive English 2nd Generation

VTuber talent agency Hololive Production has now opened up auditions for a second group of English branch members.

It’s only been five months since the 1st Gen members of Hololive English debuted, so it’s somewhat surprising to see auditions starting for more members already.

Then again, it’s hard to deny the ongoing popularity of the five initial English VTubers, with resident shark Gawr Gura already smashing the 2 million subscriber milestone.

According to the application form, the deadline for applicants is March 26. If this follows a similar timeline to Hololive English 1st Gen, the 2nd Gen members should end up debuting around June or July.

For many, Hololive English has been their first introduction to the rabbit hole that is VTubers, so this next wave will likely make the brand even more well known in the West.
