BlazBlue EVO final is too epic for words
Just in case you didn’t know, last weekend saw the biggest fighting game event in the calendar – EVO 2014 in Las Vegas – where fighting game’s finest congregate to see who’s top of the pile when it comes to, Street Fighter, Tekken, BlazBlue and, well, any other fighting game worthy of playing.
As many of you know – we’re very much partial to a 2D fighter here at Rice Digital, with BlazBlue, Guilty Gear and Arcana Heart being particular favourites. This year saw the Chronophantasma prize-pot coming in at a very healthy and £3o, 000 and as a result, the BlazBlue EVO final was fiercely contested.
So much so, that this year’s finals were simply too epic for words. I won’t spoil the result, because it’s worth watching for the hype – and the relief based, man-tears…
