Code of Princess EX Slated for August in Japan
Studio Saizensen’s Code of Princess EX is releasing on Nintendo Switch come 2nd August in Japan. Previously exclusive to Nintendo 3DS, Code of Princess is a stylish beat-’em-up and on Switch it’s going to have improved HD visuals, local co-op play, refined mechanics and more.
Publisher Pikii has been releasing video content on their YouTube channel for the game, including this trailer from back in March 2018.
Code of Princess deserves a second chance after UK fans were shafted with no physical copy upon its initial release, and the Switch is perfect home for it. The NA release of Code of Princess EX is being handled by Nicalis, but there’s no word on an EU release yet.
I’ve been gaming since a very young age and although I can’t remember my very first game, I fondly remember enjoying Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and being giddy with joy once I beat Dr. Robotnik. My all-time favourite game is a tie between Persona 4 Golden and Final Fantasy IX. As you may have noticed, I have a love for JRPG’s although I dabble in all genres.
