Crystar Switch port announced for Spring 2022

NIS America has announced that Crystar is coming to the Switch during Spring 2022, including an exclusive physical Limited Edition.

Crystar is an action RPG from developer FurYu, set in a world known as Purgatory. The protagonist of this story, Rei, accidentally kills her sister Mirai after losing control of her hidden power. This sets her off on a journey through Purgatory, as she works with demons to destroy monsters — and potentially bring her sister back to life.

This version of the game includes all cosmetic DLC released for its PS4 and PC counterparts — roughly 20 costumes in total. The Limited Edition also adds a collection of physical items, such as an art book and cloth poster.

Rice Digital editor Pete considers the PS4 version of Crystar one of the consoles most underappreciated games, so make sure to give this latest version a look when it releases next year.
