Digimon Survive releasing July 2022 worldwide
Bandai Namco has announced that Digimon Survive will release for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam on July 29, 2022.
The news comes from Digimon Survive director Kazumasa Habu, who apologised for the delay on updates for the game. According to the announcement video, more info will be shared ahead of launch.
Assuming that Survive manages to release in July, this will finally mark the end of the game’s troubled development — it’s been delayed many times since its reveal in 2018.
Unfortunately, Digimon Survive now faces a new problem in the form of Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Monolith Soft’s JRPG will now release on July 29 — the same day as Survive — making for some tough competition on the Switch.
