The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Live Action Film Gets Teaser Trailer
A teaser trailer for The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. live action film has been released, showing off several members of the quirky cast! Check it out below:
Kusuo Saiki is gifted with an array of psychic powers, including telepathy, psychokinesis, and even teleportation! However, it’s a gift he’s been trying to avoid drawing attention to most of his life. Now he’s trying to get by as a mostly normal high school student, dealing with normal high school student things, while using his powers in secret and having to deal with his oddball classmates.
The film will be directed by Yūichi Fukuda, who previously directed the live action Gintama and Hentai Kamen films, which is an encouraging sign for the film’s humour! Kento Yamazaki, who has starred in various live-action anime adaptations such as the Death Note TV series and the Your Lie in April movie, will be playing lead character Kusuo Saiki. Other cast members include:

The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. live action film will premiere in Japan on 21st October.
