Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny Switch demo out now
An English demo for NIS America‘s strategy RPG Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny has arrived on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
It looks to be the same as the Japanese demo, offering up the first couple of story chapters for free. Saves from the demo will also be transferable to the full game when it launches on June 29. You wont be able to unlock everything before release, but it’ll at least give you a head start on unit creation and levelling.
Unlike its launch in Japan, Disgaea 6 is only going to be available in English on Switch, with no localised PS4 version in sight. We will at least be getting the free Hololive DLC at launch, along with some extra characters from previous Disgaea titles bundled into the base game.
Pre-orders for the game’s Limited Edition are still available via the NISA Europe store, coming with extra physical items — on top of what’s already included in the standard “Unrelenting Edition“.
