Disgaea 6 will receive free Hololive DLC at launch

During the “New Characters” trailer for Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny, NIS America revealed that the western release will also be getting the free Hololive DLC previously released in Japan.

Watame, Rushia, Fubuki, Flare, and Polka are all featured as part of the DLC, though not directly. Instead of the vtubers themselves, they’ll each be represented as a unit from the game. The units are mainly just coloured to match each vtuber’s appearances, though some (like Prinny Fubuki) have unique features.

Earlier this year, NIS America also confirmed that the western release of Disgaea 6 will include the Disgaea crossover character DLC as part of the base game, with no purchase required.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny launches worldwide on June 29, but only for Switch.
