Double Dragon Revive revealed
Arc System Works has revealed Double Dragon Revive, a new 3D entry in the long running side-scrolling beat-’em-up franchise.
Developed by Yuke’s (mostly known for working on numerous wrestling titles) Double Dragon Revive makes use of 3D visuals but keeps the same style of gameplay seen in previous entries.
The main new addition seems to be the inclusion of environmental interactivity, such as leaping off objects or launching enemies into trash.
However, despite the emphasis on this being a return for the franchise — as if it’s been gone for a while — Secret Base’s Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise Of The Dragons launched merely a year ago.
Double Dragon Revive is currently slated to release during 2025 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
