Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero surpasses 5 million units sold

Bandai Namco has revealed that Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero sales are still going extremely strong, with their latest arena fighter already surpassing 5 million units sold.

This is the fastest any Dragon Ball game has reached this milestone, putting Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero on track to potentially become the best selling entry in the franchise’s history. It’s up against strong competition however, with Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ both reaching a whopping 10 million sales — the former still gets DLC content 9 years after launch.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero launched October 10, 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Two sets of DLC characters based on the Dragon Ball Daima anime are set to join the game’s huge roster by the end of June 2025.
