Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero launching October 2024
Upcoming arena fighter Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero now has a release date, though it’s still a little bit away.
Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is set to launch for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam on October 11, 2024. Developed by Spike Chunsoft — back when it was known as Spike, the company worked on the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series — Sparking! Zero aims to bring back the chaotic nature of Dragon Ball arena fighters.
Players can once again play through existing Dragon Ball scenarios, but it’s now also possible to make and play custom stories. Content created in Custom Battle mode can be shared between players, potentially allowing for endless battling.
Pre-orders are open now, with early purchases unlocking six characters early, plus an unannounced playable character. Digital Deluxe and Ultimate Editions include even more characters, with both including the Season Pass.
The Season Pass is made up of 3 DLC packs, which will include content from Dragon Ball Daima and Dragon Ball Super Hero.
