Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time sells half a million copies within a few day of launch

Despite a number of delays over the last few years, it looks like Level 5’s sim RPG Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is a success. Level 5 revealed that after only 2 days, Fantasy Life i has already passed 500,000 copies sold across all platforms.

Originally intended for just Nintendo Switch, the last delay ended up giving Level 5 enough time to bring Fantasy Life i to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, and PC as well. This includes both cross platform play, and even cross saves.

Thanks to these strong initial sales, free DLC is on the way some time in the future. This is set to bring more crafting recipes, along with high level content for players that are geared up.
