Fate/EXTELLA First-Print DLC and New Information
Marvelous has announced some Fate/EXTELLA first-print DLC, as well as revealing further information about difficulty settings and Free Mode play. The DLC is a ‘Pure Night Dress’ costume for Nero and Artoria, which you can see in action in the new trailer below:
Free Mode gives you the option to replay any stages you’ve completed, using a Servant of your choice. In fact, if you have the right Mystic Code item to equip to the Master, you can make that two by setting a substitute Servant as well. From what I can tell, this allows you to change character in the middle of battle, which is really cool, but there isn’t any further detail so far.
The difficulty setting can be changed before each stage, so you can adapt it to suit your Servant’s level or any particularly awkward battles. A higher difficulty setting lets you obtain better recipes for Install Skills and Mystic Codes too.
