Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn Producer Letter 8 Q&A Round Up
With the recent Letter from the Producer, Square Enix have shared a Q&A where they have answered the most frequently asked questions. This includes information about Beta Test 4, Mounts, Veteran Subscription Rewards and more.
A quick list including the important aspects of the game mentioned:
Phase 4 and Early Access Information:
– Beta Test 4 begins on the 17th August running to the 19th. Data from that beta test will not be deleted. Early Access begins from the 24th. Level capped at 20.
-Arcanist will be playable in phase 4
-Screenshot feature for PS3 will be implemented.
-PvP will be up for testing for Legacy players in Phase 4
-Previous FFXIV players of V1 will be able to play the game free until September 9th
Subscription Based Topics:
-Other than Crysta And Credit/Debit Card there will be subscription cards that players can buy, this will ranger from 30, 60 and 90 days.
-Players will be rewarded for how long they will subscribe to the game for every 30 days. Currently the reward list only go up to 90 but they have plans for it to increase on later patches.
Gameplay Related:
-New Mounts: Unicorns being introduced.
-Primal battles and instances will have Hard Mode/Extreme at launch.
-Great Labyrinth of Bahamut is confirmed to be the main end game content for a while and the Crystal tower will be made for a 24 Person party.
-Marriage system to be introduced.
