Final Fantasy XIV celebrates the end of a rough year with Heavensturn 2021

It’s safe to say that many people will be glad that 2020 is coming to an end, even if things aren’t exactly back to normal. From December 31, Final Fantasy XIV players can celebrate the beginning of a new year with Heavensturn 2021.
Heavensturn is XIV’s end-of-year event, giving out items themed after the coming year’s zodiac animal. 2021 is the year of the ox, so you’ll be able to get two helmets and a housing item based on the animal this time.

While they’ll probably not see much use in people’s glamours — and its a shame that other events got skipped in favour of this one — it’s still a decent way to end what has been a hard year for everyone, including the developers of Final Fantasy XIV.
