Final Fantasy XIV Moonfire Faire 2021 event now live
Final Fantasy XIV‘s yearly Moonfire Faire event has returned once again, bringing Summer to the land of Eorzea.
Running until August 26, the Moonfire Faire 2021 questline can be started via the NPC Mayaru Moyaru at Limsa Lominsa’s Upper Decks.
As for the rewards… well, nothing says “Summer” more than a polar bear, right? It’s an odd fit for the season, but the polar bear mount does seem to have ties to the event’s story. It’s a recolour/remodel of an existing Starlight Celebration mount from 2017 (now only available via the Final Fantasy XIV store).
Based on the schedule revealed earlier in the year, The Rising will also take place in August, with the Final Fantasy XV collaboration event returning next month. After the XV event, nothing else is listed before the launch of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker on November 23.
