Fire Emblem Echoes Season Pass is Mad Expensive

The Fire Emblem series has always been questionable when it’s come to DLC pricing, but the Fire Emblem Echoes season pass costs more than the game itself — this is a pretty rare occurrence, and only one of the DLC’s is story-based. The rest are primarily for grinding experience and gold.

Costing a hefty $44.99, which is $5 more than the game itself, the season pass comes with five pieces of content including maps designed to give you more experience, gold, items and exclusive classes, and one pack that acts as a prequel to Alm’s story. The final packs content has yet to be revealed. I think this is a high price for the content included, especially as Nintendo have been pretty decent with DLC prices before, but when it’s come to Fire Emblem DLC has always been pretty expensive. You can purchase the content separately, at least.
