Fire Emblem Three Houses Expansion Pass Announced
It’s Three Houses release month now, which is pretty exciting already, but Nintendo’s boosting the hype with the announcement of a Fire Emblem Three Houses Expansion Pass, which includes 4 waves of DLC going all the way up to April 30th 2020!
The Expansion Pass will cost $24.99. Here’s an overview from Nintendo:
Strategic warfare rages on the great land of Fódlan, and this turn-based, tactical RPG gets even deeper with four waves of DLC. You can get access to all four as they release with the Expansion Pass, which is available for pre-order on July 3rd. Expansion Pass owners will receive Officers Academy outfits for female and male Byleth on Day 1. Remember: you’re the professor of one of the academy’s mighty houses, so why not look the part?
Purchase the Fire Emblem: Three Houses + Expansion Pass bundle to receive the full game and all waves of downloadable content as they release
– Wave 1: Officers Academy outfits for female and male Byleth available Day 1 (July 26th)
– Wave 2: Additional Auxiliary battle maps, helpful in-game support items, and more will be released by 10/31/2019
– Wave 3: Additional quests and costumes will be released by 12/31/2019; plus, another free update
– Wave 4: Discover new story content, with additional playable characters, locations and more will be released by 4/30/2020; plus, another free update
That’s a lot of Fire Emblem to come! The DLC with new story content and additional playable characters may be the furthest away, but it’ll be very interesting to learn what that involves! In addition to the DLC, various free updates are planned too.
The Fire Emblem Three Houses Expansion Pass is available is available in a bundle with the game on the Nintendo eShop at $84.98, and will allow access to the Officers Academy costumes for both versions of Byleth at the game’s release.
