Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune First Images Surface

At this year’s Unreal Fest, which took place in Yokohama Japan, we were greeted with the first images of Compile Heart and Tamsoft newest Neptunia title, Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune.

For the first time the series will be made using the power of Unreal Engine 4, as opposed to their usual Phyre Engine. Takayuki Kawasaki from Epic Games Japan stated how the game is visually a drastic leap from its predecessor.

Despite its title, the newest game will not be an MMO game. The story will instead take place in an MMO world, where all the heroines will play fantasy roles.

The images show battles which seem to now take place in real time. You will be accompanied by three other characters, while you rush through goblins as opposed to the typical video game inspired enemies we were used to seeing from Hyperdimension Neptunia.

For now, there is still no details on the game itself, not even the platforms it will launch on. But taking into account that it will use Unreal Engine 4 we can safely assume that it should be available on PlayStation 4, or at least the NX considering how secretive they are with this title.
