Guilty Gear Xrd – SIGN- Location Test Screenshots
After last week’s announcement of which returning characters are returning to the new Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, we got the first photos of live gameplay. These photos are from Radio Kaikan which managed to grab them from the location test in Akihabara.
All the newly announced characters where all playable, along with their trademark special attacks. As you can see the cel-shading in this title looks mind-blowing and is almost indistinguishable from a hand drawn image. The character closeups and special attacks look perfect. See the photos bellow.

I'm a huge fan of Japanese games and an aspiring game designer. I play literally every game genre. I also like retro games and miss the challenge that they once had. This is the reason why I love doujin games because they bring back that challenging aspect of retro games while innovating upon it.
