Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage English release set for December

Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage now has a confirmed release date, with the mobile rhythm game launching in the west on December 7, 2021.

Colorful Stage features five groups, each mentored by different versions of Hatsune Miku (most groups also feature other notable vocaloids as well).

Gameplay is a familiar touch-based affair, with score being based on both your performance and the characters you use. Of course, most characters are earned via gacha — rates on the rarest characters were pretty low in the beta.

A trailer featuring each main group has been released ahead of the game’s launch. There’s currently no news on pre-registration via the App Store or Play Store, though it should be available before December if Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage follows the typical mobile pre-release schedule.
