Him, the Smile & bloom western release announced for 2025
Our friends at PQube have announced that they have more otome goodness on the way with Him, the Smile & bloom, making its official western debut during 2025.
Planned for release on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, Him, the Smile & bloom centers around a local flower shop, as you follow the lives of four distinct couples.
That’s right — rather than one heroine with a number of male leads to choose from, you instead play as a different character per route. This means that you get to experience a variety of budding romances, with a unique experience each time.
Each route has multiple endings, with the “best” endings unlocking additional side stories for each couple. This is all accompanied by full Japanese voice acting and some beautiful artwork, including lots of sprite variations for each male lead.
PQube has also confirmed that the English translation — the Japanese release featured its own English text option — will be improved for the western launch.
Check out the official website for some more info on Him, the Smile & bloom and an its couples. A physical release is planned for Switch, with pre-orders available closer to launch.
