Honkai: Star Rail Fate/Stay Night collab arrives in July

The Honkai: Star Rail Fate/Stay Night [Unlimited Blade Works] collab finally has a release date, with the crossover event coming 11 July 2025.

Announced as part of the ongoing 2nd anniversary celebrations, HoYoverse shared a few details of what the Star Rail Fate/Stay Night event will contain. Saber and Archer will both join as playable characters, with their new designs handled by original Fate artist Takashi Takeuchi. Fate/Stay Night writer Kinoko Nasu also makes a return, overseeing the collaboration event’s story — details on the actual story are to be revealed via another announcement closer to the event.

As an added bonus for both Fate/Stay Night and Star Rail fans, Archer will be free to all players between the start of the event and the end of Version 3.6. Saber will be part of the gacha, presumably along with Light Cones for both characters.

Third party collaboration events are quite rare for HoYoverse titles. Based on the few that do exist, it’s unlikely that these characters will be obtainable again after the Fate/Stay Night event ends.
