Lego Sonic set revealed, releasing January 2022
After being announced earlier this year, The Lego Group and Sega have officially revealed the first Lego Sonic set, which will arrive on January 1, 2022.
LEGO Ideas Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone is priced at £59.99 / €69.99 / $69.99, based on the titular iconic starting zone from Sonic 1. The 1,125-piece set includes a lot of what you’d expect, such as a loop and various robotic enemies. Dr. Eggman also makes an appearance, though he looks a little odd in this new Lego form.
While this is the first proper Sonic-themed Lego set, a Lego Sonic minifigure was available as part of a Lego Dimensions level pack, the relatively short-lived toys-to-life platformer.
