New entries in the Mana series announced, Trials of Mana coming to mobile

The Mana series is now 30 years old, and to celebrate, Square Enix has announced multiple projects across consoles and mobile.

Of course, one of these projects is a mobile gacha game. Titled Echoes of Mana, the game will bring together characters from across the franchise in an original story. Not much was shown, though the official website does feature a handful of screenshots. It’ll release worldwide some time next year.

Thankfully, the Trials of Mana remake will also be coming to android and iOS on July 15. Trials of Mana is a solid reimagining of an SNES classic that should work well on mobile — provided you have a device that can handle it.

As for the new console entry in the Mana series announced during the anniversary livestream, there’s basically no info at the moment — not even a name. It’s very early in development, so don’t expect it to release within the next year.
