Mega Man X Dive shuts down at the end of July
NebulaJoy has announced that the European and North American versions of gacha game Mega Man X Dive will shut down on July 30, 2024.
What makes this closure unusual for mobile games is that the western version actually managed to outlive its Asian counterparts — these shut down during 2023.
Because of this, Mega Man X Dive ending service globally is not that big of a surprise. However, it’s not the end of the game as a whole.
Shortly before the Asian releases shut down, a version of the game titled Mega Man X Dive released for PC. This version contains most of the content available in the gacha version (minus collaboration units), along with a reworked economy due to the lack of micro transactions.
