Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 adds PS5 version
Bandai Namco‘s free-to-play Gundam title Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 has now been released on PS5.
Originally only available on the PS4, Battle Operation 2 for Sony’s next-gen console is pretty much the same game with some minor tweaks.
As detailed in a post on the PlayStation Blog, most changes are aimed at the PS5’s DualSense controller. According to the post, there’ll be options to make use of the adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, and the controller’s speaker for things like gunshots.
Despite releasing on the PS5, Battle Operation 2 will still not support 4k resolutions, instead only bringing the improved load times and framerates that you expect from ports to next-gen.
Full patch notes can be found via the game’s official website, which includes info on everything added alongside the PS5 version.
