Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak launching June 30
Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the game’s first major expansion, will launch on June 30, 2022 for Switch and PC via Steam.
This is the first time that the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise will be receiving a major update at the same time as the Switch release, with the former version having only recently caught up with all previously released content.
Today’s Monster Hunter Digital Event also featured some more info on the upcoming expansion, including new monsters Garangolm, Lunagaron, and Astalos, along with Elgado, the hub area for Sunbreak.
Digital pre-orders for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak begin on March 15, which includes bonus Palico and Palamute layered armour. A Deluxe Edition will be offered as well, featuring additional layered armour sets and character customisation options.
