Monster Hunter Stories 2 update 4 out September 30
Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter Stories 2‘s fourth update will now be split into two parts, with the first releasing on September 30, 2021.
Part one of update four will include Molten Tigrex as a new monstie, plus a high difficulty co-op quest against Kulve Taroth.
Following this on October 7 will be Dreadking Rathalos, another new monstie for players to collect. Both parts will include a selection of additional quests as well.
Update four for Monster Hunter Stories 2 was initially intended to be a single patch (the trailer’s roadmap still shows this), so it’s currently unknown whether the delay will affect update five as well. That update plans to add another high difficulty co-op quest, plus Silver Rathalos and Golden Rathian.
