Monster Hunter Wilds details its many weapons in set of overview videos

Ahead of Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, Capcom has released daily videos for each of the weapons that will be available in Monster Hunter Wilds when it releases during 2025.

A weapon overview trailer is now available for all 14 returning weapons in Monster Hunter Wilds, starting with the trusty Great Sword and ending with fan favourite Dual Blades.

Many weapons feature a similar moveset to their previous incarnations in World and Rise, though some have received reworks or additions based on their appearances in older games (most notably Monster Hunter Frontier.)

With all weapons now covered and Monster Hunter Wilds confirmed for Gamescom 2024, the question is now whether a new weapon type could potentially be revealed soon. The Monster Hunter franchise has a few weapons that haven’t appeared in a modern entry, so it would be nice to see them make a return in Wilds.
