Neo: The World Ends With You coming to PC on September 28
Square Enix will bring Neo: The World Ends With You to PC on September 28, but it’ll only be available on the Epic Games Store.
The PC version was revealed alongside the release date for Neo: The World Ends With You on PS4 and Switch, confirming that it wouldn’t be coming to Steam (at the same time as EGS, anyway).
This also happened with the wave of Kingdom Hearts releases for PC, though Bravely Default II did make its way to Steam. The current EGS PC exclusives might eventually make their way to other storefronts, though this probably wont happen until 2022 at the earliest.
Having Neo: The World Ends With You on PC in any form is nice (even if the original game isn’t available on the platform), but locking it to EGS wont exactly win Square Enix any favours with some of the PC gaming community.
