Go! Go! 5 Jigen Game Neptune: re★Verse announced, coming to PS5

The latest entry in the Neptunia series has been given a name. Titled Go! Go! 5 Jigen Game Neptune: re★Verse, it will be the first entry to be released on a next-gen console.

For now, there’s not a whole lot of information on this new game. The name implies that this will be a mainline entry, as it follows the same naming scheme as previous games by including “Jigen Game Neptune”. That, and it would be the fifth mainline game, hence the “5” in the title.

More information is planned to be revealed in September, but until then, all we have is a short video by Compile Heart that shows off the game’s logo.

As the first PlayStation 5 game in the Neptunia series, maybe Compile Heart will finally go all out when it comes to visuals. Then again, with how little the graphics of their games have improved over the last few generations, there’s not much chance of this happening at all.
