Nintendo Skipping the E3 Press Conference Once Again
Just like last year Nintendo has decided against a press conference and opted for a “Nintendo Digital Event”, a new and improved Nintendo Direct. Here they will show off all the new games that are coming to their systems in the future.
Nintendo also tweeted that they will hold a Super Smash Bros invitational tournament at the Nokia Theatre. Additionally their Nintendo Treehouse: Live @ E3 program will live stream games from the show floor during the entirety of E3.
For those that are fans of Mega64 they made a video regarding the upcoming Nintendo events starting Reggie Fils-Aime:
They announced that North American gamers will be able to try out the upcoming Wii U and 3DS Smash Bros. at their local Best Buy during the period of E3.
I'm a huge fan of Japanese games and an aspiring game designer. I play literally every game genre. I also like retro games and miss the challenge that they once had. This is the reason why I love doujin games because they bring back that challenging aspect of retro games while innovating upon it.
