One Piece Burning Blood Marineford Story Trailer Released

Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment have released a new story trailer for the upcoming fighting game One Piece Burning Blood; and it’s pretty intense!

This particular trailer focuses on the Marineford Story Arc, otherwise known as the Paramount War Arc in the VIZ Media Manga Publication, within the One Piece timeline; a story which sees Ace captured by the marines and Luffy trying to rescue him.

It’s a story arc that’s only been covered in a ‘handful’ of One Piece games, most notably in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2; so it’s nice to see it come centre stage in it’s own cinematic trailer.

For those unfamiliar One Piece: Burning Blood is an upcoming fighting game by Spike Chunsoft, the studio who previously worked on J-Stars VS, and it will see various charcters from the One Piece universe available to duke-it-out with one another.

One Piece: Burning Blood is available to pre-order from Rice Digital on the Xbox One, PS4 and PS Vita.
