While this is the first time Braver will be playable in New Genesis, the class was introduced relatively early on in the original Phantasy Star Online.
Bravers can fight at both close and long range through the use of their katana and bow. Each weapon has its own set of flashy attacks, with katana photon arts becoming stronger when used multiple times in a row.
The August 4 update will also add an additional side story featuring Aina, and (of course) even more gacha in the form of new scratch tickets.
Another broadcast is scheduled for August 24 which will share information on an update coming to Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis in September — the Bouncer class is scheduled for release this Autumn, so it might make an appearance during the broadcast.
