Phantasy Star Online 2 Soon On PlayStation 4
But don’t worry Sega didn’t announce it for the west yet. Phantasy Star Online 2 will officially be released on the PlayStation 4 on April 20th this year.
Fans will be able to sign up on the PlayStation Store starting January 25th and ending February 15th to participate in the closed beta. The beta test will be open for 50,000 users from February 25th to March 6th.
Players who participate in the beta and reach level 10, 20 or 30 will get in-game bonuses once the game is finally released.
Sega will also release a physical Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode 4 Deluxe Package for PS4, Vita and PC on launch for 4,900 Yen. This deluxe package will contain a costume and various items.
You won’t need to have PlayStation Plus account to play Phantasy Star Online 2 on the PlayStation 4. The game will support cross play so you can immediately share your character from either Vita or PC.
