Pokkén Tournament Adds Empoleon to Its Arcade Roster

Empoleon is a Water and Steel type Pokémon that fans will remember as the evolved form of Piplup, the best Sinnoh starter Pokémon in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. A trailer is expected to be released shortly showcasing the magnificent harbinger of water-based destruction in its full glory.

Empoleon will be added to the game 15th December. Darkrai, Scizor, and Croagunk have also been recently added to the Arcade version of the game, and it’s unclear yet when or if they will be added to the Wii U.

Perhaps we may see some sort of enhanced version of Pokkén Tournament for the Nintendo Switch next year.

Spread the love!
