Rice Exclusive Root Letter Pen Pal Edition Announced
Yeah, we’d dropped some hints for a while, but now we’re super excited to be able to come out with it and announce our Rice Exclusive Root Letter Pen Pal Edition, the super nice ultimate edition of the game in the west, and available in both UK and NA versions.

Root Letter is a Visual Novel with incredible production values. Following an investigation of a missing pen friend, to prefecture of Shimane – one of Japan’s most beautiful locations, Root Letter draws on an evocative soundtrack, voice work from the legendary Noriko Hidaka (Ranma) and exquisite artwork from the renowned artist Minoboshi Taro.
Drawing comparisons to Capcom’s Phoenix Wright and Ace Attorney series, for its investigative gameplay elements – Root Letter looks set to continue the Visual Novel genre’s increasing popularity in the West.
Root Letter releases this year from PQube, and will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in both Europe and North America.
