Warriors roguelite spin-off Warriors: Abyss revealed, out now

During Sony’s State of Play stream, Koei Tecmo revealed Warriors: Abyss. It’s a new take on the Warriors franchise, and it’s also already available to buy.

Out now on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Warriors: Abyss is a rogulite featuring over 100 characters from the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors games. These heroes must travel through the underworld to defeat an ancient evil, taking on thousands of demons along the way.

More characters are set to join the roster via free updates, with the first set being from the Jin Kingdom in Dynasty Warriors. Interestingly, future updates are set to include characters from outside the Warriors games (though whether this includes tie-in games remains to be seen.)
