After its initial reveal in 2016 — and localisation announcement a year later — Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin’s release is nearly upon us. Now, Marvelous Europe have revealed a limited “Golden Harvest” edition that will release alongside the standard version later this year.
Most of the goodies that come with this Golden Harvest edition are identical to the North American Divine Edition that was shown off a few weeks ago. This includes the 132-page Artbook and 3 Disc Soundtrack CD Collection (containing a total of 42 songs according to XSEED), all stored in the same collector’s box.
Where these editions differ is the omamori charm, which is absent from the EU limited edition. In its place is a more mundane double sided poster, featuring two pieces of Sakuna’s key artwork.
The Golden Harvest edition is priced at £49.99/€59.99, and will be available for pre-order soon at the Marvelous Games Store and other select retailers. Meanwhile, the standard edition will cost £34.99/€39.99.
Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin will be releasing November 20th for PS4 and Switch, with the digital PC release arriving slightly earlier on the 10th.
