Sonic Creator Yuji Naka is Now at Square Enix
Yuji Naka left Sega back in 2006 to form his own studio, Prope, which developed Rodea: The Sky Soldier for 3DS, Wii and Wii U, along with a few other small titles. The prolific industry icon is back and ready to develop big-hitting games once more, but this time he’s teaming up with Square Enix.
Okay, okay, let’s get the jokes out the way. Are we going to see a Moogle or Chocobo-themed platformer? Or, as our very own Oscar said, Final Fantasy Star? Who knows? What we do know is that many are excited to see what he’s working on.
Yuji Naka made the announcement via Twitter, so feel free to send him your support!
