Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town heads to PS4 summer 2022

Marvelous Europe has announced that Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town will head to PS4 this summer.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town brought the series back to consoles (and PC), allowing players to build up their farm while bringing life back to the titular Olive Town.

The results were… mixed, to say the least — especially so on Switch with the numerous performance issues. Some patches have been released since our initial review, improving framerates and changing up the tedious maker system, among other things.

Based on the screenshots revealed by Marvelous, the PS4 release will include all previous patches. A DLC release schedule for PS4 (including content that was originally a pre-order bonus on Switch) has not been announced at this time.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is currently available on Switch, and PC via Steam.
