Super Robot Wars 30 DLC 1 includes Sakura Wars mechs

Super Robot Wars 30 might not be out until October 27 on PC, but Bandai Namco has already confirmed the contents of its first DLC pack.

Releasing in November, DLC 1 includes new mechs from Mobile Suit Gundam and Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V, along with RyuKoOh and KoRyuOh from the Super Robot Wars OG series.

Surprisingly, DLC 1 also includes five units from Sega’s Sakura Wars franchise. Considering that Super Robot Wars 30’s base roster primarily features characters and mechs from anime and manga franchises, it’ll be interesting to see if the DLC leans more towards video games instead.

Hi-Nu Gundam – Mobile Suit Gundam Char’s Counterattack Beltorchika’s Children
Voltes V – Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V
Type-2 Kobu Sakura – Sakura Wars Series
Type-2 Kobu Ogami – Sakura Wars Series
Kobu F2 Erica – Sakura Wars Series
STAR V (Rodeo STAR) – Sakura Wars Series
STAR V (Fujiyama STAR) – Sakura Wars Series
RyuKoOh – Super Robot Wars OG Series
KoRyuOh – Super Robot Wars OG Series

While Super Robot Wars 30 will only be available for PC via Steam in the west, it’ll also launch on PS4 and Switch in Japan and Asia. As with other recent Super Robot Wars releases, the Asian version will include English text.
